How do I repeat a task every month?
Schedule the task for later, tick Make this task repeat in the future, choose Monthly, enter the day of month and pick 1, 3, 6 or 12 times.

On Review and Submit, choose Schedule this task to run later, then tick Make this task repeat in the future.
Pick Monthly, enter a Day of month from 1 to 31 and set Number of repetitions. In short months, day 31 runs on the last day.
