On paid plans, unused credits carry over to the next month; on Free they reset.
On Starter, Professional and Enterprise, credits you don't use in a month are not lost. When the new month starts, PROMPTit adds them to your new monthly images.
- Usage This Month on Plans shows Your total includes … carried over credits.
- When you change plans, your unused credits come with you.
- On the Free plan, the balance resets to 5 images each month.
Rollover makes a paid plan forgiving: a quiet month builds a reserve for a big catalog refresh or a seasonal collection later on.
