Product/Images Filtering Options

PROMPTit New Task wizard

The Configure Product Settings step and how to control exactly which products a task touches.

The Configure Product Settings step shows the Product/Images Filtering Options card:

  • Only process published products (on by default)
  • Only process active products (on by default)
  • Skip previously processed images (on by default)
  • Only update products with this vendor name: (optional)

Image tasks currently work on every product in the source you selected, so the most reliable way to control scope is the product source itself. To leave out drafts, archived items or another vendor's products, choose Specific Collections or Specific Products in the first step.

Changes on this step use the save bar: click Save or Discard before Next Step.
