Why does Next Step ask me to save changes?
Settings steps use Shopify's save bar. Click Save or Discard at the top of the admin, then Next Step works and your draft is kept.

On Configure Product Settings and Image Generation Settings, changes appear in Shopify's save bar at the top of the admin.
Click Save to keep them or Discard to undo them, then Next Step works again. Saving also stores a draft in your browser.
