Usually no image matched your condition. Loosen the condition or check the product source.

If a task shows Completed but your products look the same, the AI most likely decided that no image matched your Condition Prompt. Skipped images use no credits.

  • The Error Log may show No images meet the condition for each product, or a summary saying no changes were made.
  • Check Successfully Updated in the task statistics. 0 confirms nothing was generated.
  • Make the condition broader, for example add or if the background is not plain white.
  • Confirm you picked the right products or collections.

Shopify can also take a moment to show new media, so refresh the product page before running the task again.
