Monthly image limit reached

PROMPTit Troubleshooting

Add credits with a plan upgrade, a credit pack or a gift code, then retry.

When your balance reaches zero, new tasks fail with a message that your store has reached the monthly image limit, and Home shows Get more credits.

Choose the fastest fix on Plans:

  • Upgrade to a plan with more monthly images.
  • Buy a Pay As You Go pack for a one-off need.
  • Redeem a gift code in Redeem Gift Code if you have one.

Then open History and choose Retry task on the failed task. Your plan's monthly images also refresh at the start of each month, so you can simply wait if the task is not urgent.
