Read the Error Log, fix the cause, then use Retry task.
A Failed task stopped before it could generate any image. Open View details and read the Error Log.
- Reached the monthly image limit — you had no credits when the task started. Add credits on Plans, then retry.
- No images were processed — the selected products had no images, or every image failed to generate.
- AI or connection errors — usually temporary when the AI service is busy. Wait a few minutes and retry.
- Session errors — open PROMPTit from Shopify admin once to refresh access, then retry.
Choose Retry task in the ⋮ menu. The task restarts from the first product. If it fails again with the same message, contact support with the task ID.
