Pending tasks wait for the running task to finish; check what else is in the queue.
Pending means the task is ready and waiting its turn. Tasks for one store run one at a time.
- Filter History by Processing to see whether another task is still running. Large tasks can take a while: about three seconds per image, sometimes more at busy times.
- A recurring task's run may have started just before yours.
- If nothing is processing and the task has been pending for more than 30 minutes, cancel it with Cancel task and use Retry task, or contact support.
A Waiting task is paused rather than queued; use Resume task to continue it from where it stopped.
