Do I lose credits when I change plans?
No. When you upgrade or downgrade between plans, your unused credits carry over to the new plan after you approve the change in Shopify.

No. Click Upgrade or Downgrade on the plan card and approve the change in Shopify. Your unused credits come with you.
Check Current Subscription and Usage This Month on Plans afterwards to confirm your new balance.
